1. PAYMENT
Payment must be received in full before any lessons are delivered. UK customers must pay by bank transfer. Overseas clients must use PayPal and cover all fees.
2. CANCELLATIONS (ONE-OFF LESSONS AND BUNDLES)
You may only cancel bookings prior to the payment due date on your invoice. You will be required to pay your invoice in full if you attempt to cancel your allotted time slot after this date.
3. TERMINATION OF REGULAR WEEKLY AND FORTNIGHTLY LESSONS
We require two months’ notice if you plan to bring your period of regular study with us to an end. Your lessons are reserved for you indefinitely until you notify us that you no longer wish to continue. Because of this, we have to turn down requests from other prospective students who wish to take lessons during your allotted time slots. We are a small business and we cannot afford to have gaps in our calendar due to late notification.
4. RESCHEDULING
You may only reschedule bookings prior to the payment due date on your invoice. You will be required to pay your invoice in full if you attempt to reschedule your allotted time slot after this date. You are only permitted to reschedule your booking once.
5. ONGOING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We cannot provide you with any technical assistance outside your allotted lesson times. Please make sure that you take adequate notes during your lessons, or record the Zoom meeting if your lesson is taking place online.
6. VALIDITY PERIOD
Lessons are only valid for the date that you booked them, unless you have rescheduled in line with clause 4 above. If you have purchased a lesson bundle, these have a validity period of two months from the payment due date on your invoice.
7. BAD STUDENT BEHAVIOUR
We are experts at what we do and we’re here to help you. If you are rude or disrespectful towards our staff, your lessons will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We’re a music production school – we’re not interested in using your data for any untoward activity. We record the data that your submit in our contact form in order to respond to your booking requests and verify that you are a real person – that’s all.
